Annuity loans:
Annuity loans are amortizing loans, which have constant installments. These installments contain an amount of interest and an amount principal. Since the redemption lowers the remaining loan debt, the amount of interest per payment decreases and the amount of paid principal rices.
Mortgage loans are typically annuity loans.
